This Privacy Notice explains how RepeatLearn ("RepeatLearn", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use RepeatLearn (the "Service"). RepeatLearn is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Day-to-day development and operations are performed by STAMKAY LOGISTICS AND SERVICES LTD on RepeatLearn's behalf as a service provider.
About RepeatLearn
RepeatLearn provides online educational services, namely non-downloadable educational lessons, quizzes, and learning materials in the nature of electronic flashcards in a wide variety of fields of general interest via a website and mobile applications, and a website and mobile applications featuring non-downloadable audio recordings in the field of general education. The Service is free to use.
1. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), authentication identifiers.
- Learning data: topics, modules, flashcards, listening time, completion progress.
- Support communications: messages you send us and our replies.
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, timestamps, error logs.
- Cookies & local storage: essential session cookies and preferences (e.g. theme, sign-in state).
- Push notification tokens: if you opt in to study reminders.
If you choose to provide voluntary support to RepeatLearn, payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, not by us.
2. How we use your data (purposes & legal bases)
- Provide the Service (create account, deliver lessons, save progress) — performance of contract.
- Security & fraud prevention — legitimate interests / legal obligation.
- Customer support — performance of contract / legitimate interests.
- Product improvement & analytics — legitimate interests.
- Marketing communications (where offered) — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Legal compliance — legal obligation.
3. Who we share data with
- Payment processor: a third-party payment processor handles voluntary support payments, including card processing and fraud checks.
- Infrastructure & subprocessors: hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, push notification providers, and analytics tooling used to run the Service.
- Operating partner: STAMKAY LOGISTICS AND SERVICES LTD, which provides development and operations for RepeatLearn under confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and compliance advisers when necessary.
- Authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur from the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see "Your rights" below).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to portability, and to withdraw consent. UK and EEA users additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We will respond to verified requests within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to improve our safeguards.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will impair the Service.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or by email where appropriate.
