Refund Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

RepeatLearn offers two ways you may choose to pay: a 30-day access pass that unlocks full use of the Service, and optional voluntary support through the Supporter page that helps fund development. This policy explains how refunds work for each.

Access pass refunds

If you buy a 30-day access pass and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase.

  • The refund is a full refund of the access pass price, regardless of how much you used the Service during that time.
  • The cash portion of your payment is refunded to your original payment method.
  • If you applied invite earnings toward the pass, that earnings portion is returned to your Earnings balance rather than refunded in cash.
  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Voluntary support refunds

Any amount you send us through the Supporter page is voluntary support from an individual or organization that helps fund AI generation, hosting, and continued development.

If you change your mind, you can request a refund of voluntary support within 30 days of the date it was received. This applies to one-time support and to the most recent billing period of recurring support.

Cancelling recurring support

You can cancel recurring support at any time from your Supporter page. Cancellation stops future renewals; a refund of the current period, if applicable, is governed by the 30-day window above.

How to request a refund

Email support@repeatlearn.org with the reference of your payment (date, amount, and the email on your RepeatLearn account) and a short note about why you are requesting the refund. We will respond promptly and process approved refunds back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

What this policy does not cover

  • Complimentary or grandfathered access passes. These are not refundable.
  • Physical or digital products. We do not sell any, so there is nothing to return.
  • Third-party fees your bank or card issuer may charge; those are handled by your bank.
