1. Who we are

RepeatLearn ("RepeatLearn", "we", "us", "our") is owned by its founder. Day-to-day development and operations of the Service are performed by STAMKAY LOGISTICS AND SERVICES LTD on RepeatLearn's behalf. By using our website, mobile experience, or any related services (together, the "Service"), you enter into an agreement with RepeatLearn on these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. The Service

RepeatLearn provides online educational services, namely non-downloadable educational lessons, quizzes, and learning materials in the nature of electronic flashcards in a wide variety of fields of general interest via a website and mobile applications, and a website and mobile applications featuring non-downloadable audio recordings in the field of general education. The Service uses AI-generated learning modules, audio narration, flashcards, and progress tracking. We may update, add, or remove features from time to time. The Service is free to use.

4. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent, spam, or abusive purposes.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Introduce malware, probe our systems, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with security or availability.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or circumvent technical limits.
  • Generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or intended to deceive or harm others.

6. AI-generated content

RepeatLearn uses generative AI to create study material. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying the accuracy of outputs, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you input. AI outputs may contain errors and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You retain rights to the inputs you provide; as between you and us, you may use the outputs generated for your own learning, subject to these Terms. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these Terms or the law. Repeated infringement may result in termination. Rights-holders may submit takedown requests to support@repeatlearn.org.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including software, design, branding, and documentation — is owned by RepeatLearn's founder or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your personal or internal educational use.

8. Voluntary support

RepeatLearn is free. Any amounts you choose to send through the Supporter page are voluntary support from individuals and organizations that help fund AI generation, hosting, and continued development. They are not payments for a product or a paid subscription tier, and they do not unlock features that are otherwise unavailable to free users. Support payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. You can cancel recurring support at any time from your Supporter page. Requests to refund support are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the amount of voluntary support you provided to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your user content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable window. You may close your account at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent federal or state courts located in the United States, unless mandatory local law of your place of residence provides otherwise.

15. Force majeure & assignment

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation, including on formation of the operating entity for RepeatLearn.
